Learning to Love Quiet Weekends

Slowing down and finding joy in doing less

I used to feel guilty if I wasn’t doing something “productive” on the weekends. But lately, I’ve been learning to appreciate quiet time.

Instead of trying to catch up or cram in a million plans, I take long walks, cook simple meals, and journal. Sometimes, I do absolutely nothing—and I’m learning that’s okay.

Slowing down has made me feel more calm, more grounded, and honestly, more creative.
